Thanks for sharing. It makes sense that if our spirit does get traumatized that unless the trauma is dealt with, the spirit is fragmented and distressed. I think that is why sometimes people come into the world with things that really bother them for apparently no reason, like severe phobias and unfounded fears. It could be a result of an unhealed soul that has not gotten over some traumas and they carry forward into the new incarnation, but the person does not know what has happened before to the soul, so the fears seems unfounded in their new life. So then the soul still tries to get over the previous life trauma without knowing that it is past life baggage...and on and on it goes...I can see why it gets tricky.
