If this report confirms the existence of foreign interference that was capable of altering the outcome of the election, it gives President Trump full justification to declare the election null and void and dispatch military troops to seize all ballots and hold a new count under military authority.

Trump Team Begins Forensic Examination of Dominion Machines in Michigan – The Epoch Times.

President Donald Trump’s legal team began a forensic analysis of Dominion voting machines in Michigan after a judge on Friday permitted the examination.

“Our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8:30 [a.m.] and will be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination and we’ll have the results in about 48 hours, and that’ll tell us a lot about these machines,” attorney Jenna Ellis told Fox News on Sunday.

Later, Antrim County spokesperson Jeremy Scott told the Detroit Free Press that forensic images will be taken from voting machines used during the Nov. 3 election.

The Michigan GOP last month noted that voting machines in Antrim County incorrectly switched 6,000 votes from Trump to Joe Biden. The Secretary of State’s office said it was due to a technical error and non-updated software, adding that the issue was later corrected.

Raid: Investigators seize devices from Fountain Hills residence in voter data theft case – AZ Central.

Law enforcement officials served a search warrant at the home of a Fountain Hills man (Elliott Kerwin) and seized computers, hard drives and other storage devices as part of an investigation into voter data theft from the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office website.

The property was seized Nov. 5.

The search warrant sought records relating to computer intrusion or conspiracy to commit computer intrusion from Oct. 21 through early November.

According to the warrant, investigators were looking for records, information and communications related to the office’s:

• Login credentials and accounts.
• Voter registration records and information, including protected voters’ information.
• The transfer, sharing or dissemination of voter registration records and information, including protected voters’ information.
• Unauthorized access to the office’s website and computer systems.
• Attempts or threats to damage computer systems.

Lin Wood Plans Supreme Court Petition After Court Rejects Georgia Appeal – The Epoch Times

Attorney Lin Wood said Sunday he plans to file a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court after a federal appeals court denied his appeal in a case seeking to block the certification of the 2020 election in Georgia.

“The stakes are high as the case deals with a disputed Presidential election,” Wood said in an email to The Epoch Times. “I intend to timely file a petition with the United States Supreme Court.”

President Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani said Sunday that the legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, and Michigan might end up deciding what electors are sent to the Electoral College, suggesting it could end up in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Giuliani said that the GOP-controlled legislatures in the three states could vote on sending their own slate of electors, noting that such a move is supported in the U.S. Constitution.

During his tenure, Ratcliffe managed a docket of 34 national security and terrorism-related matters and coordinated the district’s Joint Terrorism Task Force responsibilities.

When asked whether the United States was in an offensive or defensive position with regard to China, Ratcliffe said the U.S. remains in an offensive place.

An anti-voter fraud organization has alerted state and federal government authorities after it found a suspicious link between a Nevada state government website and a Pakistani company that is allegedly linked to Pakistani intelligence services, Breitbart News has learned.

The organization, True the Vote, alerted state and federal authorities after it requested a Nevada voter registration list through the Nevada secretary of state’s website, and received an email back with a downloadable voter file. That email arrived with an employee of Pakistani company Kavtech carbon copied.

True the Vote President Catherine Engelbrecht wrote Thursday in a letter to the Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers obtained exclusively by Breitbart News that when the email arrived, “I was shocked to see the inclusion of another email address in the CC line.”
