A few weeks ago I had to take my daughter to the Hospital Emergency room for an injured ankle. While sitting in the waiting room, I glanced around and thought about the fears and concerns of those present. I said to myself, maybe I can help. I closed my eyes, focused my thoughts on sending up from my heart a flood of healing love to all present, their love ones, family, friends, with the thought that they will accept the healing Love, and pass it on. Then I increased my bubble of healing Love to include the cities around here, then I said ,why not the whole world. I did this thing a few weeks later, and after a while I felt something inside me vibrate. I guess the energy circled around the world and ended with me. Great. This is something we all can do with very little effort. Can't hurt.
