I guess you could say I am some kind of light worker. I didn't fully realize the significance of this until 2011. Until then, I had some vague intuitive awareness that I was able to affect people's moods and spiritual state by my mere presence or if i'd really connected with someone in particular, over long distances. For instance, I would be at a concert, smoke some pot, then watch as my new specific energy flooded the venue and charged everyone else. Or I would connect with a girl physically (have sex) and from that point on we would both share the same emotional fluctuations, even if we were states apart. The problem is that I don't know how to willingly control or limit my radiation of energy. Too often I have felt extremely anxious and, to my chagrin, seen the people around me become afraid without even knowing who or what was causing it. Also, I seem usually unable to receive others energy - but I can radiate/project my own like crazy. I want to know how to contain my energy, keep it to myself, when I choose to. Anyone have any specific advice on how to contain, manage, and control my spiritual radiation?

...it is as we think it perhaps in this living hologram, be creative with your thoughts and realize your own power of creation for yourself and your energies uses, for example; maybe decree your powers may not harm in any way, your powers, your rules, hey i keep my field on 'auto-tune' to adjust to all situations smoothly for all concerned, or anything of what may have been considered negative is automatically transmuted clean with love, i figure why block when healing an option, maybe im a bit too mystical, but i believe in one keeping their power over all things in their reality, say it so! :)
