The Sun is bring in the energies that are going to change our form of being. It is going to evolve us to the next higher level. For those that don't practice Sun Gazing, I would suggest that you try to get out into the sun everyday for at least 30 minutes to absorb as much of the sun's energies as possible. Expose as much skin as you can and Do Not use sun block. Understand that the sun's energies are what is bringing about the changes in humanity at this time. I've been out without my shirt on for long periods of time this year, got really red and thought I would blister, but nothing of the sort. The redness just went away and I had no burns. I am fairly light skinned as well. I'm not suggesting baking your body mind you, just get out and absorb the energies and know that they are helping you. This is a sure way of beating depression as well. Get out and water the grass, give life to the grass as you help yourself to these energies. It is an easy fix to many of the problems that we are experiencing now. Much love & Light to you all.

I have been intermittently sun gazing for many years, though started sun gazing every day the sun is out for a couple months now, at least 20-30 minutes per gazing.
My vision seems much better, night vision also, though I already had 20/20, so it's a bonus.
The suns radiation makes me feel great and places me in a very peaceful state.
Very curious about the feet on the dirt, maybe that's why they try and cover it all up with grass and mulch, etc, to keep people from absorbing these healing and transforming solar energies and snapping out of their sleepwalking on planet earth.

I agree, though try planting your feet into the soft dirt (no gravel or roots or grass), STAR. The energies are stronger and the feeling is indescribable <3 Love and light~

and yes its amazing; i dislike walking on concrete/hard surfaces.... my feet loves the healing energies of gaia i finally realised im a nature babe; which i never knew a few years ago ;)
It's funny because ever since I was a wee-tiny girl, my father was always telling me that my eyes will go bad if I watch the sun "eye-to-eye." Oh but for some reason I have never believed him. I did it anyway, it wasn't even until THIS YEAR that I heard sun-gazing is actually healthy. I turn back to my past school days as a child and remember the eye examinations. ONE: I no longer even need reading glasses. TWO: I was (the only girl) one of two or three who had a perfect 20/20 vision.
I had to wear reading glasses when I was small because straining my eyes gave me headaches. The more I watched the sun though, years past, my eyes even adjust to the dark faster than they use to. I sun gaze in the car often if i am in the passenger's seat ^^
