Sean Penn is full of caca and is a stupid idiot. ISIS is an off-shoot from Al Qaeda; both organizations fly the same flag. Al Qaeda was originally started by U.S. president Jimmy Carter in 1979 to fight the Soviet Union in Afghanistan, which is something Sean Penn will not bring up because he's a mouthpiece for the Democratic party.
