It has been believed by many that Hitler had several clones, one of which was killed in the bunker allowing Adolf the real to escape to S. America. A clone of President Reagan was supposedly introduced after he was shot.
The picture presented here of Putin feels more like a reincarnation of the same soul essence rather than a cloning. A lot of people with religious backrounds may have trouble accepting reincarnation but today there are a lot of great examples such as David Wilcock. If this is the greatest time in human history of course we would have many important leaders from past ages wanting to show up in a new and fresh body having many similar aspects of their past experience including their appearance.
So there most likely is both reincarnation and cloning present in our reality of now.
I believe too, too much evidence around, so it is hard not to believe (although I would like that it is not so)
For those that would like to know more, check; super soldiers summit, James Casbolt, the bases project, Dulce etc. It is all sorts of weird stuff......I believe that cloning was mastered long ago....

Many(most?) people in high places are reptilians. A lot of them are in government, and a lot of them are on the news.
Yes, I believe they are clones. Freeman Fly has an excellent video called, I believe, Obama, Clone of Akenaten(sp.) It's about a 50 minute video - very interesting! I believe that Nancy Pelosi is also a clone, and President Carter was/is a clone. They are always doing their "repairs" of the clones at Camp David - and President Carter went to Camp David A LOT! The government is 50 - 100 years ahead of what the general public knows. (Didn't know that Putin was a clone of Ceasar though, though he does look a lot like him).
