Anybody who is doing harm to nature Mother Earth, harm to other living entities and not leading a spiritual life so as to evolve, get spiritual enlightenment and fulfil the true purpose of life and mission on Planet Earth is an ALIEN ON AND TO PLANET EARTH although they might be in human looking form.
Now what this Russian minister means is the Extraterristrials are here and they have come to assist us in ascension and Earth to become a star planet and these are benelovent Extraterristrials.
