Russia is relocating their State Offices to the Far East, established a new naval base on the East Siberian Islands, and is providing free land to those willing to relocate to the Far East. Not everyone getting this offer is enthused, however.

yes it seems like they would rather have the population prpared for this-if true and if real bad weather/ earth quakes etc. do happen- our gov thinks we are children
