Every Day for at Least 20 Minutes Per Day or More
Greetings, I am Archangel Michael, Warrior of Peace and God’s Messenger of Truth. It is my pleasure to bring to you your next meditation.
In addition to your focus on the mass-consciousness grid, you have also been asked to focus on sending the energy of various Qualities and Attributes of Love to specific grids. And in keeping with that, you are once again being asked to seed the energy of Grace, which I am privileged to bring to you through my Sword.
From a 3D/4D perspective, it would seem your world is currently in a state of chaos. There are never-ending wars, financial systems are failing, bigotry and hatred are again rearing their heads, and the Earth herself is shuddering and spewing from the weight of denser energies and the abuse suffered by her body.
You are also contending with an almost continuous influx of higher dimensional energies, and your near future is no different. You will shortly pass through a period of not only what you call your Lion’s Gate portal opening, but also your coming Equinox energies, all within a relatively short span of your time.
It is a lot to handle. We do understand this. So we are asking YOU STARSEEDS AND LIGHTWORKERS to help bring about a state of Grace within the chaos. This will set the stage, so to speak, for the remainder of meditations Ashtar will be bringing to you which are designed to build up to a long-awaited change in the mass consciousness of Earth. So, let Grace abound!
Do not forget your Protocol before beginning your meditations. (GROUND, CENTER, AND INTEND FOR YOUR ENERGIES TO JOIN THOSE IN PROJECT: EAGLE TRIAD) It is very important. Also, call on me and I will send my energies of Grace through you and out into these grids. And we shall direct you in four segments, rather than your customary three. So let us begin.
1.
For the first five minutes, you are asked to send, through your intention to do so, the Blue Energy of Grace to the mass consciousness grid surrounding Earth. (Then, cut cords and detach from the Mass Consciousness Grid)
2.
For the second five minutes, you are asked to send this same Energy of Grace to every ‘human’ on your planet.
3.
For the next five minutes, you are to send, again through your intent, the Blue of Grace to every non-human life form on your planet. ALL. This will, of course, include the Animal Kingdom, your vegetation, and Earth’s Devic Kingdoms.
4.
For the last five minutes of this meditation, you are asked to send Grace to the body of Earth. Cocoon her, perhaps, in a beautiful shroud of Blue, visualizing it penetrating down into her body, to her core.
Much is happening and much more will happen, so I remind you to stay grounded, keep your God Grid wrapped tightly around you, and remain in a State of Grace. I AM Archangel Michael. Call on me and I will surely come. Adonai.

Below is a very passionate excerpt from a channeling given to Ashtar's Trinity through Debbie Wright. This came just prior to what was being called Y2K and was the basis for the beginnings of Project: Eagle Triad… or the Trinity Project, as it is now known.
..."The Ground Crew Project will begin immediately. WE HAVE WORK TO DO NOW! We have to countermand this NOW! If we can get enough Beings of Light working on the same project together, their energies WILL connect around this planet, and their energies WILL QUICKLY SAFELY ASCEND this planet." … From Ashtar's 'Call to Arms'
...One of our first tasks under Ashtar's direction was to inlay a new grid around the Earth, and it was to be anchored here in Sedona, Arizona. Project: Eagle Triad was set up by Ashtar as a means for us to work with the Earth grids, aligning them and helping to change the mass consciousness of the planet. In other words, bringing more Light to mankind. This 5th-dimensional grid, as well as the others that have since been established, will assist in ushering in the higher frequencies for the cleansing of Mother Earth as well as transmuting the negative energies of fear, etc., from the mass consciousness grid. It is through this cleansing process that Mother Earth will begin her Ascension into the 5th dimension or beyond.
This Project, which is compliant with all Spiritual Paths, consists of doing three 5-minute meditations/visualizations each day, which are given to us from Ashtar, Sananda or others of the higher realms who are assisting us in this endeavor. These are not full-blown 'alpha' meditations, and are designed for even those who are new to meditation in general. These meditations may also be done at one 15-minute sitting if that is more convenient for you. At present, Sananda and Ashtar have everyone working on the same meditation each week, with each meditation being done for 7 days, after which time we are given a new one. As of now, we start each new set of visualizations on Mondays.
All those participating in this Project are grouped into 'trinities' (three people working together), however, the members of each trinity do NOT need to do the meditations at the same time as the others. Through their 'intent', their energies will all be sent 'together' to the appropriate grid. It is asked, however, that the members of each trinity stay in touch with each other via email or other means in order to facilitate the higher energetics of Group Mind/Group Heart.
