What I've come to noticed in the past few months were I've been pursuing my ambition to become a hairdresser that I've been living so fast that I had no time to meditate. So that made me so low and lower energies have been at bay round me. I'm just here to say no matter how busy or shit your life is at the moment (excuse me swearing), 1 stay positive 2. Always make time to meditate and loose the negative energy and 3. Stay calm and breath. No matter even if your busy just make sure you meditate for at least 20 mins a week if you can't do it everyday. Sending love, positive and light energy to everyones heart because you are all presious :) .
