Every second of the day we are awake, the mind through its senses stores all information. Often we can be lost in our thoughts making images and scenes; perhaps a better word would be fantasizing events. On occasions we can add upon these scenes and keep building them as days go by. This simply is not good for you as it interferes with meditation and your own personal silence.
This is quite common and people can be lost for days as the mind leads to scenes, which you have made up, that make you drained afterwards. On occasions you will find them amusing but as you know you will abandon them only to make another scenario of images. Quality time is needed to simply be and share the moment with yourself in silence; without interference from the images and fantasies.
We suggest dear beloved light beings that you release all attachments of images and scenes from the mind. Simply live the moment and listen in silence each day. Unloading the baggage of the mind will make room for higher consciousness messages and images coming through from your soul.
When we cannot concentrate then no progress can be made. Then we will abandon our practices. Now close your eyes and be lost in the sacred silence of yourself, and simply relax; knowing that the light of the Divine Creator is manifesting inside of you. Let your spirit guides cleanse your body and simply relax.
Let all thoughts leave your body and simply relax and enjoy the silence. Your mother; releasing the clutter of the mind will lighten you material conscious self.
