Regarding ACC London Meet-Up

I did not say that I was coming or not but wanted to surprise them all... I went to Govindas early and there were some new staff. I asked them that there is a booking for 7pm and can you tell me how many are coming .. They said they do not know and then I asked them..how much is a large cheese cake and the cook replied £35 so I said can you have the cake ready by 8pm so they can have after the meal and he replied they are allowed only 1hr and they each need to spend £10 and there is extra cost for more time or they can have the conference room at the cost of £200 as they make £3000 plus every Sat and do not want to loose business.. He said again this is business. I said I will be back later after 4 as they have not stated how many are coming. I went again after 4pm they said 20 are coming and they will be given the conference room upstairs to use. I said the cook told me that there is a £200 charge and the staff said let me find out and he rang and then said normally there is a charge of £50 per hour but since you are a devotee there will be no charge. I though to myself this is all business and the meet-up group would just be walking up and down the staircase carrying food plates and sitting in the floor plus no place upstairs to wash hands so I decided to leave as this joint smelt of business.
Krishnas name should not be used for business and temples are for healing only.
I left as I felt the business energy too strong using Krishnas name.
They time for a meet-up was not for me and maybe in the future.. I hate temples and the people in there all for business and politics.
I hope the meet-up party have a good time but I felt my time was not right to join the party .. Maybe sometimes soon at a different place.

  You will find especially Krishna's name and Buddha's name used a lot for business and this is completely opposite to what they preached and set examples. They preached unconditional love, caring and sharing and all equal rights.
  
  In the Krishna movement they think if they are initiated they are far superior and caste system still bothers them.
  
  We want to get back to the lemurian and atlantian time when the temples were used only for healing using mainly crystals, light and sound ....the sooner the better.

      Good you have not been there Star...wait for the change when like the Banks this religious control business and politics movements collapse..I know of one large Krishna Temple where they are always asking for donations yet the staff have accumulated large number of properties ...the movement is corrupted and untill all these bastards are removed and their properties taken away from them it is pointless going to these joints

I have actually worked in Govindas voluntarily but now the business energy is intense with a lot of new staff and Krishnas teaching of loving, caring and sharing completely missing. These so called devotees are mostly there to use Krishnas name for their own selfish end.
