The Horde-The film is about how Saint Alexius healed Taidula Khatun, the mother of the moslem Golden Horde khan Jani Beg from blindness.

The Khatun was stricken with blindness.. The khan tried all the hordes' healers but nothing worked so the khan sent messengers to Moscow to demand that Alexius , a famous healer, come to the horde and heal the khatun or Moscow would be destroyed.
