    Wafer & Wine, Anyone? Just kidding, Thanks for the message JamusDeus,I too feel we need to have balance of spirit,body & mind,preferably in that order too.If non-religious spiritually was a practiced discipline,in conjunction with mind & body disciplines,we would have a far more balanced, kinder world.I would like to see these practices brought into the education systems,imagine the new earth our children would bring.
