Okay I hear alot of talk about stuff like 3D, 4D, 5D, etc...

These are labels to describe some kind of process that is going on or some kind of truth.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the dimensions theorized to exist by scientists. The 10 or 11 or so dimensions which includes the 3 that we physically exist in. Those "dimensions" they talk about are One Cohesive Whole, like a pancake, and they form the Physical Universe Only.

Spiritual levels and frequencies exist outside, and above the physical universe. So those other levels of the physical universe that may have other things living in them means nothing to this aspect.

This is a universal concept, which affects all beings no matter where they may live.

From what ive come to understand, as far as the universe is concerned... Dimensionality is simply a measure of Spiritual Frequency. How high your Spirit vibrates. That's what it means.

Dimensionality is linked to the Chakra and Energy Body systems. And there are 13 primary chakras, 8 of which are inside the body (one in the feet) and 5 which are outside of the body. The extra ones are "above" the head.

It is true there are many other smaller energy centers in the body but these Major Ones determine the main spiritual frequency of the person/being.

So the Dimensionality of a person is really a measure of which of the highest Chakras that are active and fully expressed in the person. The chakras below the legs do not count in this regard, so for example a "3D" person has their lowest 3 Chakras activated and fully functioning.

It has been a fundamentaly requirement in order to be a human on this planet, since the 3rd chakra (Solar Plexus) is aligned with humanlike activities such as speech and reasoning.

Thus most Animals and Insects have only the lowest 2 chakras or their Root chakra - because thinking and reasoning are not necessary for their existence (that makes most animals 2D beings and most insects 1D beings).

So what's so wrong with being a 3D person?

The problem has to do with the energies that the person is embodying.

Since they are 3D they are only embodying the energies associated with the lower 3 chakras... Survival and Instinct (Root), Desires and Emotions (Sacral), Power and Knowledge (Plexus).

Anything that doesnt fit into those 3 categories doesn't have a meaningful use in their lives, or they have no way of conceiving of it.

Whenever they try to establish or think of any higher qualities than those... they are actually using Logic (from Solar Plexus) or they're using their Desires (Sacral). That is like trying to describe the color Red with only words... it just doesn't work.

When they say they Love someone its probably more a matter of their Desire for the other person plus the Logical ethics. They aren't actually Unconditionally Loving somebody... its only determining their actions and creating an emotional need for the other person.

The problem is that if Logical ethics and their own desires are the only lynchpin determining a person's behavior... they only need to be given the right reasons to do something and possibly a personal stake in it... and there is no limit to how much damage they could do to other people in the name of (...duty, honor, justice, racial purficiation, in the name of religion, you name it).

Convince them of something well enough and they will do it, or support it.

Each higher level of Dimensionality thus includes the energies and lessons of each higher Chakra and energy body. Which can sometimes create changes in the behavior of the person.

Its also worth mentioning that any specific level includes ALL of the lower levels as well. Just as being 3D includes the 3rd chakra as well as the 2nd and 1st... 5D includes the 4th, 3rd, 2nd, and 1st. And so on.

4th Dimensional - Heart Chakra - The ability to unconditionally love others and recognize the connection between all things. The ability to Love regardless of differences. This is the ability to understand and give Love for the intrinsic energy that it actually is, rather than simply the actions it often inspires.

Someone who is 4th dimensional basically acts and thinks like someone who is 3D but they also have a measure of true actual Unconditional Love to them. They can be very nice people. They may make decisions from the Heart, they may show mercy. They may do good things for others for no other reason than they simply feel the Love when they do them. But usually they move by the currents of the society and what they have been taught.

4D vibrates spiritually about 2 times higher than 3D.

5th Dimensional - Throat Chakra - These are the Indigo children and adults. This is the vibration of Speaking Your Truth and remaining in your Personal Integrity. People who are 5th dimensional have an instinctive understanding of what is right and what is wrong, and they usually also have a Personal Mission that they Must achieve. They must speak their truth.

So this usually causes 5D people to embody the ADHD symptoms and have what other people consider to be disorderly behavior. They wont be told what to do if it doesn't go along with their own personal mission, which they just somehow inherently feel as something they want to do.

In a family of status this is the odd child out who wants to be a musician, and either fails to live up to their standards or chooses to strike out on their own because they cant stand living the way other people expect them to.

5D vibrates spiritually about 5 times higher than 3D.

Currently the Planet Earth is vibrating at a 5th Dimensional level, but the human Society which exists on her is only 3rd Dimensional. Thus the society is slowly being torn apart and rebuilt to match the more powerful energy exuded by Mother Earth.

...and Mother Earth is beginning to restrict the inflow of intelligent beings to 5D or higher only. After the 2012 event Mother Earth wont allow any people to be born who aren't at least 5th Dimensional.

6th Dimensional - 3rd Eye Chakra - These are the Crystal children and adults. This is the vibration of Creativity and Playfulness. Someone who is 6D is much more at ease, more joyful for no external reason, and often much more creative. They are also typically psychic or have strong aptitudes for psychic abilities.

But most often while they take their Path quite seriously like Indigos their predisposition makes them less likely to be outspoken challengers of "the system" like the Indigos are.

6D vibrates spiritually about 15 times higher than 3D.

7th Dimensional - Crown Chakra - These are the Rainbow children and adults. The term Rainbow comes from the fact that these people have all 7 Chakras fully active and empowered, and the chakra system appears to be a rainbow when looked at for its colors.

In addition to the 6D the 7D combines a direct connection to the Christ Presence which inspires these people to seek Absolute Truth in all of its forms, and to share their findings with as many others as possible. The Crown Chakra deals with Beliefs and likewise the topic of Beliefs are a very hot topic among these people.

Many of the "New Age" spiritual teachers are 7th Dimensional, no doubt spurred on to share "The Truth" with as many people as possible. This is quite different than prosletyzing, because they are sharing a Truth that they simply know deep inside, not one that was simply given to them in logical written form and told to believe.

7D vibrates about 25 times higher than 3D or about 5 times higher than 5D.

8th Dimensional - Immortality Chakra - I have only heard the label "Golden Child" given to this level of consciousness. It embodies the energies of Immortality - that which always is - the collective experience and vibration of the soul across its entire history, not just any single lifetime.

To be 8D means you have begin to rise out of the limitations of the physical universe, and now many of your life lessons have to do with how your limited Physical Universe reflects the qualities of the Infinite and Undefineable.

More specifically someone who is 8D often begins to behave alot like an Indigo does but its not just about feeling their own restrictions - it is because of their connection to everything they actually begin to feel the discord that is taking place in the world and universe around them.

Some noteable 8th Dimensional people in our world right now are Al Gore and Barak Obama, which vibrate solidly in the 8D range (as for their external actions, we have no idea what pressure they are under, and which "rules" they must follow by those more powerful than them - and somehow manage to still smile in public and restrain themselves from spilling the beans on everything).

8th Dimensional beings vibrate about 50 times higher than a 3D person, or about 10 times higher than an Indigo.

In order to reach above the 7th Dimensional level one must completely purge all of their Karma. The energy of Karma sits upon the 8th chakra and energy body... its the highest vibrating form of corruption that can exist. The Karmic Record is carried by a person between lifetimes on their 8th Chakra... and it acts as a kind of Glass Cieling to any further advancement that they can achieve.

So long as the Corruption of Karma remains no further advancement can be made... and 8th Dimensional cannot be achieved.

9th Dimensional - Purity Chakra - This is the energy of Atlantis as it is today. It is the vibration of the holy Violet Flame of Transmutation. To have reached this stage means one is capable of seeing the most Ideal Form of any given situation, any place, any person.

The Purity Chakra is like a gleaming white fire, like the reflection of light off a silver plate. It spins like a giant sawblade larger than any lower chakra, about 4 feet above a person's head. In a person who is 9th Dimensional they can summon these energies to move through their own body and neutralize any sort of discordant energy, any sort of etheric attachments, and banish any form of negative spirit.

To a 9D person the most usual kind of behavior is one of trying to Correct other things which are not operating at their ideal level (LOL, like what im doing right now with these explainations. I see the parallels since I myself am 9D).

Although someone resonating at this level is very high vibrating spiritually, there is a tendency to get swept up in the desire to Create a Perfect World, or Save The World, which can seem to drown out the Love energies of the heart. The reason is because the 9D purification energies are Vigorous and Vigilant, like Saint Germain himself, they are incredibly focused and often seek to draw in lots of power to fulfill that purpose of Purifying that which is in discord.

And although this could make someone resonating at that level seem rather cold, consumed by their intense drive, ultimately their reasons for wishing to initiate change is because they wish to Help, because they Feel the connection to all things, and their Love compels them to do so.

A 9th dimensional being operates at about 250-500 times the vibration of a 3D person or about 80 times as high as the 5th dimensional level.

10th Dimensional - Cosmic Love Chakra - It is true that unless you yourself have reached a certain vibration you are not necessarily able to express or understand it. Since I am not 10D yet I cant describe too much beyond where I currently am.

But I do understand that the 10th Dimensional energies are those of a more quiet, accepting kind of Cosmic Love. It is the energy that allows one to be Compassionate to others but also allow them to endure whatever path they choose for themselves, even if it causes them great suffering and darkness. Because it is the honoring of the Love of that being 

This is the point where one's experiences become much more quiet, serene, and contemplative. After having reached the 8D and 9D stages where they wanted to change everything so that it matches their highest vision - now one is more content to simply Allow things to be as they are and render their Service to others when it is requested.

To Allow things to be, rather than to Do.

10th Dimensional vibrates about 3-5 times higher than 9th Dimensional.

Beyond these stages there is the 11th Dimensional and 12th Dimensional, which each focus on lessons and energies that are increasingly associated with Godlike Creation of things and the union with the I AM THAT I AM (higher self/christ) energies.

When you reach 12th Dimensional you are on the verging cusp of becoming an Ascended Master. The Ascended Master is someone who has moved beyond the need to learn from the physical world, beyond the need to have physical experiences, and has a great desire to expand, in ways that they can only do by reaching higher levels of being.

It is also jusifiable to say that they cannot necessarily even Maintain a physical presence, because their Spiritual Being has become so large in terms of their Vibration and their Power.

So for all these reasons you will not find an Ascended Master who has reincarnated, and it means one who has Ascended will not need to reincarnate either.

There are many other levels beyond the 12th dimensional and they are summarily described simply as 13th Dimensional because these other levels are not worth speaking of from our level of existence.

They are neither practical nor even describable at this point - at those levels concepts such as Oneness take on a myriad of additional meanings that we cannot see or know.

It is at this point where one may move on as an Ascended Master to the Elohiem levels of creation, where they become the engines of creation that God sends to form new planets, stars, galaxies, and universes.
