I tend to believe that natural stones and metals are of some benefit.
Meself, Love quartz crystals ; among them black phanthom with gold veins, ametysts and pink roses that I have.( among them clear ones, All found in area of Mt. Ida , AK )
All my crystals are positioned in 4 opposote corners of each room. Well, in reality they are everywhere, more centered you are to them the better.
good question Ashminskye. All i know is that rose quartz are a crystal full of LOVE.. I have one rose quartz one Smoking crystal and one quartz krystal.. Round my neck i carry a heart-formed quartz.
