  what am i suppose to be looking for?i see nothing out of the ordinary,if it is a lack of self love, then love yourself, simple as that.,.,.positive affirmation works very well with me ,.,.bad vibes, feelings, i just talk them away until a feeling of love consumes me.

  Oh, and i forgot- tell this entity with courage to leave. nobody is allowed into your sacred space unless you invite or let them in. so, it is your right to tell them to leave, immediately. you have the right, you have the power!

  I looked very closely to ur picture and believe me, i see nothing strange, nor in the backround, nor anywhere. please try and ask in ur mind or out loud for Archangel Michael for clearing bad things around you, seen and unseen and to give a well state of being. he will do that for you in an instant, you just have to let him do his work.

  I find some of the discussion on this thread very far off the original intent.
  I'm not sure what its about anymore. I never read anything in it to even hint at query about the gender of God--
  or the supreme force or whatever you want to call it.
  I see a network of people that is very polarized and clicky-- and runs to threads that spread dirty laundry.
  Oh an argument?

  Agreed 100%!! In life and in dealing with energies the fear will make it worse. I think learning how to face this stuff with a "cool, calm, collected" mannor is the key. I have felt stuff and freaked out. It just makes things worse, and clouds the mind on what needs to be done.....

  simply tell the entity to go and leave you alone and ask for saint michael to protect you by putting a blue and white light of protection around you. do not give credence to this negative force by being afraid. may the divine source of all things send waves of understanding and wisdom your way with much love namaste

  Hm, I can't regcognise any signs of "strangulation" on your neck.

  I guess it was much more likely a sign of a swelling of your throat.

  Maybe it was simply an allergic reaction to something you ingested or inhaled.

  Therefore you should consider to consult a doctor.
