Rehabilitation Centres must be for people who have addictions like those who drink alcohol, smoke, take drugs, eat meat and use abusive language. ONCE A PERSON HAS PASSED THE REHABILITATION CENTRE THEN THE PERSON IS READY TO GO TO HEALING CENTRES.
