This is my third post on this site, and my first article.
This article is about the Dalai Lama's perspective on consciousness, he states the fact how we can train our consciousness to not even leave our body, but to transfer our consciousness into something much more in this lifetime.

My intake on this discussion,
I affirm that this ability is plausible to the Human race on Earth, only if we'd wake up and smell the spiritual coffee on what we are capable of. What if someone on this planet is planning to not only train him or herself on consciousness, and use it for exploration, my question is how do we get back after taking on the form of someone else on another world in this dimension?
If I was granted this ability, I would use it for space exploration and hopefully write a book on what I would see, and know about their civilization, also their homeworld.
