We are raising money for The Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 World Tour and Documentary that will establish and document a framework and procedures to assure that space will be a neutral realm from which all classes of weapons are banned and from which no hostile action shall be taken toward anyone on Earth or towards any beings from the surrounding Cosmos. 

This Treaty invites Nation State leaders to become Signatories to this Treaty and invites Parties, including Nation States, Indigenous Nations, and Cosmic Cultures to commit to plan and assist in the implementation of procedures that will verify the space above all our heads will be free of weapons forever. The Film Project will document the Treaty signing and messages from the world leaders of our planet!

This Treaty will put a lid on the war industry and mindset while allowing it to be transformed. It recognizes that information gained and shared from cooperative space research, development, and exploration will no longer be used to enhance wars, but now will be applied directly to solving urgent planetary problems, providing unlimited benefits and opportunities, including jobs and new training programs and better ways of life to all humankind in areas of health, education, stimulated  economies, mutual security, energy, and the environment!  This Treaty acknowledges the truth that we are not alone in the universes, that there are Cosmic Cultures that will be important allies for our security and development, and our national and international policies must reflect this reality, which includes the truth that that none of the Cosmic Cultures are hostile.

The money collected will go towards funding travel and coordination efforts of the core Space Treaty Team that consists of project founder Dr. Carol Rosin, and Project Consultants Hillary Raimo and Councillor Tamsin Williams, who will travel to obtain the signatures of at least 9 presidents in this effort to ban space-based weapons and, for the first time EVER in any treaty, to officially acknowledge the existence of extraterrestrial cultures. The money collected will also help pay for an experienced film crew that will capture history in the making for posterity. With your donation you become a co-producer (with screen credit) of one of the most important documentaries ever made.
