  • Mo,

Nothing truly is "medical" and nothing truly is an ascension symptom. The mind pattern behind having pain in the ribs is being pained by the emotional barriers that you create.

Change the mind pattern, and this will no longer occur.

    My light is yours,

    Adonai.
  • ~ it's probably pleuritic pain. ~ is it sharp, comes & goes?.. or could be your intercostal or accessory muscles aching from a recent workout or strain. pleuritic pain is usually related to either an acute or exacerbated inflammation of the pleura surrounding your lung tissue (or sometimes heart or abdomen if you have a more serious infective process going on.) asthmatics, smokers, if you've had a respiratory infection, coughing (productive cough) etc. ya could be having this discomfort. i get it sometimes when i haven't worked out for a bit, then do some moderate-heavy cardio. kinda like a "stitch in your side" as they say~ which may also be due to lactic acid build up in the muscles... i'm no doc., just guessing.. ;0) if it's really bugging you though, you should probably see your md. ~ peace ~
    • That sounds almost exactly like what I've got. It showed up after a cold. I also have asthma.
  • Leila, you would have signed up for this illness before you came here, there is a enormous amount to learn from it plus on top you have the ascension symtoms ,not like you I know from what you have said but I can't remember when I last felt well, and I am so lacking sleep plus I alway have a fuzzy head , I almost live on pain killers.
  • I have had pain in my ribs for a little under a week. It's on my right side at the bottom edge of the breastbone and around to my shoulder. It hurts most when I cough, but the pain is beginning to subside. I don't know if it is an Ascension symptom, but I do think it's weird that my problem showed up without injury. However, the pain may be due to costochondritis, as I had a mild cold just a few days prior to the pain showing up. I read that a small infection can cause costochondritis.
    • Sometimes they feel like they crack, it's hard to explain what I feel there, as for you may be your guides need to keep you wheelchaired , how long have you been waking up? it could be your like that as it is a rush job as time is so short an you are cramming in a lot very quickly.
      • I know what you mean by that cracking... I find it weird that you would post this this week, as this is my first rib problem ever and I'm quite perplexed by it... so much synchronicity.
