Forward Momentum Is Empowered & Surges
The challenging and difficult energies of January and February are now being cleared out, in preparation for the many changes that will start to reveal themselves in February and be empowered in March
.
What’s happening is similar to a home that has been closed up for a long time now being aired out, with fresh new air flowing in as every door and window opens wide.
Although we are already two months into 2026, that “fresh start” feeling becomes more palpable as February and March unfolds, and for many, it may arrive sooner than expected.
There is a deeper reason for why this feels so significant.
2026 carries the frequency of a new cycle.
The choices you make now are not only shaping the next few weeks. They are setting the tone for a longer chapter of your life.
This is why the Universe is nudging us to be more intentional, more honest, and more willing to act on what we already know.
As mentioned in the previous forecast, this year is powerful because it will align with the intentions and actions we are choosing to focus on most, especially those connected to love, health, prosperity, career, and creative ventures.
There will not be much middle ground when it comes to moving forward!
In many ways, life is asking us to choose. Not from pressure, but from clarity. Not from fear, but from a deeper knowing.
February and March provide fertile ground to awaken your inner spark again, especially if it has felt like it has been in a quiet season for a while.
Once you feel that spark of positive feeling lighting up again, use it as fuel!
Not to force outcomes, but to move in the direction you most want to experience.
February and March are not a time to sit on the sidelines. It is a time to participate with life. Even small actions count.
Writing down an idea, sending the message, making the call, clearing out the drawer, creating the outline, getting back into the practice you know supports you.
Those “simple” steps are the language of momentum.
And here is a key insight for this month: Momentum does not require certainty. It requires sincerity.
If you are willing to take one honest step at a time, the next step will reveal itself, without you needing to wrestle the whole future into place.

Releasing Built-Up Energy in Healthy Ways
Eclipse seasons can heighten sensitivity, which simply means your system is receiving more information than usual. You may feel more intuitive, more emotional, more tired, or more aware of what is not aligned.
This is why daily energy release becomes so important.
Movement, breathwork, walking, dancing, laughter, creativity, time in nature, warm baths, sound, prayer, art, honest conversation.
Choose what helps you metabolize the extra intensity without turning it into reactivity.
We do not want to create unnecessary hurdles for ourselves just because we reacted from old tension instead of present truth.
And if you do find yourself reacting, be gentle. Use it as data. Something in you wants to be heard, seen, and loved into freedom.
Releasing Our Passivity
It becomes clear in February and early March that sitting and waiting is not the best use of the alchemical energies available to us now!
If you tend to be more passive, give yourself permission to try on decisive action. Being active and involved allows you to become an intentional creator in your life.
If the mind creates resistance around this, it is often because it secretly fears responsibility. But real responsibility is not a burden. It is a declaration of power.
It is the moment you remember that you were never meant to be at the mercy of life. You were meant to dance with it.
Taking true responsibility is a form of radical acceptance of the present moment.
And the moment you fully meet the present, you step out of struggle with time, and you step into a deeper kind of grace.
This is a beautiful time to get clear about your vision, and to recommit to yourself and to the Universe within you that you are choosing to show up as the version of you who lives that vision now.
A Simple Eclipse Season Practice
Between February 17th and March 3rd choose one area of life where you will bring loving simplicity.
It might be your calendar. It might be your spending. It might be your food choices.
It might be your relationship with your phone. It might be your physical space. It might be your inner dialogue.
Then choose one courageous action that supports the life you are calling in.
And finally, choose one way you will receive support.
That might be a friend, a practitioner, a community, a spiritual practice, a daily walk, a creative outlet, a sacred pause each morning.
Aquarius reminds us we are stronger when we are connected. Virgo reminds us we thrive when we are consistent with what nourishes us.
Quantum Growth
The phase between February and June 2026 is an amazing opportunity to create quantum growth in all areas of life.
By staying in the flow of life, and concentrating less on needing to control every detail, you may look back at this period as a time of great expansion, healing, and empowered movement toward your most desired reality.
It may not happen in the exact order your mind prefers, but it can happen in a way that feels divinely orchestrated, surprisingly efficient, and deeply aligned.
