One for the ladieeees....

Oh my gosh, ladies if you suffer from heavy, painful periods, or are having trouble conceiving, read on.

I have had heavy horrible periods since age 14 or so, and thought this was normal. I also developed very nasty migraines over the last couple of years, triggered by the hormonal changes around menstruation and sometimes also at ovulation.

I recently tried taking a herbal supplement, made from the root of the plant Black Cohosh.

Within only 1 month of use, my formerly unbearable mestrual migraines were transformed into much more manageable headaches, and my period was much lighter.

2 months on, with continued used of Black Cohosh, and another herb called Vitex, I can hardly believe the difference! I can't believe I have been suffering uncessarily for the past 20 years!

My period is now light, cramping ok, still headachey but totally manageable.
