Oct. 8 Joint Psychic Exercise: stop the Cabal's crashing NASA's LCRO

Friends,Two months ago on July 21 I sent out a message that the NASA LCROSSsatellite heading for the Moon was a Cabal project to annihilate a StarVisitor colony living in a crater near the Moon's South Pole. See formermessage at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DrRichBoylanReports/message/2546Now there is new additional information which requires us to prepareto move into action at the right time.To remind: the Cabal operation involves crashing NASA's LCROSSsatellite and its accompanying Centaur rocket stage into the Moon's surfacewithin a shadowed South Pole crater, Cabeus A, on October 9, 11:30 UT (07:30am EDT, 04:30 am PDT) . See attached photo of Cabeus A Crater. The StarVisitors colony is located in the upper northwest quadrant, up against thecrater wall, in approximately the location which has the purple rectanglesuperimposed in the attached NASA photo.The Cabal within NASA know that there is a colony of Star Visitorsliving within Cabeus A Crater. The Cabal's secret objective is to use theLCROSS and attached rocket stage to obliterate the Star Visitor settlementresiding within that crater.Acting as what the NASA-Ames team calls its "shepherdingspacecraft," the LCROSS space probe will guide its empty Centaur launchingrocket weighing two tons toward its target. The rocket will crash into thecrater at 5,600 mph, creating a new crater - perhaps as large as 5 mileswide. That impact would be so powerful that it would throw up matter skywardfor a distance of anywhere from six miles to 30 miles high, according toAnthony Colaprete, NASA Ames lead scientist for the LCROSS mission. Afterthe Centaur rocket crashes into the Star Visitor colony within Cabeus A,four minutes later LCROSS will slam into the lunar colony in a one-twopunch. The two-ton Centaur rocket qualifies as a space-based kineticweapon, a crude Star Wars weapon.I attempted to relay this warning message to President Obama, and toVice-President Biden (who normally oversees the government's Star Visitorsprograms) through a channel available to me. But unfortunately theVice-President is in the Middle East, and Cabal asset Hillary Clinton,Secretary of State, intercepted the message and saw to it that it did notreach effective levels in the White House.As space-issues attorney Alfred Lambremont Webre rightly notes, "Ifthe true intent of the LCROSS mission moon bombing is a hostile act by[Cabal-infiltrated] NASA against known extraterrestrial civilizations andsettlements on the Moon, then NASA and by extension the U.S. government areguilty of aggressive war, which is the most serious of war crimes under theU.N. Charter and the Geneva Conventions, to which the U.S. is subject. TheU.N. Outer Space Treaty, which the U.S. has ratified, requires that “TheMoon and other celestial bodies shall be used by all States Parties to theTreaty exclusively for peaceful purposes. The establishment of militarybases, installations and fortifications, the testing of any type of weaponsand the conduct of military manoeuvres on celestial bodies shall beforbidden.”I note that the Cabal is indeed engaged in unlawful war crimes andattempting to position the United States, and by extension, all Earthnations, in an act of war against star civilizations. Since this is not atrue act of the United States Government but a rogue act by Cabalinfiltrators within NASA, then the official government of the United States,and by extension the United Nations, would repudiate this action as unlawfulonce its true intent becomes known.Thus, when Star Nations takes action against this Cabal-controlledspace probe mission, they do so with the implied assent of the U.S. and theUN.And of course this Councillor of Earth ratifies Star Nations'intervention to redirect or destroy the LCROSS and the Centaur rocket as alawful and friendly remedy.While it is the responsibility of the Obama Administration to takecorrective action once they have been informed, since that warning has beenwaylaid, Star Nations has decided that it will take corrective action on itsown if the U.S. Administration does not find out and act in time beforeOctober 9. I have to agree with you. Unfortunately some parts of the so called New Age movement are becoming comparable to various religious/cult movements, that is, by becoming dogmatic and full of indoctrination that some people follow without question (i.e. thinking for themselves). As such, 'some' New agers are in effect practising exactly what they thought they were trying to get rid of from the current age.

Another example of this is channelling, why would anyone avidly choose to believe in second-hand information from a person they very likely have never met, when each and every person has the ability to cut out the middle person (another channeler) and go to the source themselves. Going to the source doesn't necessarily involve deep meditation or other arduous techniques, but some rather more down-to-earth methods like how you choose to live.

People who buy into some of this stuff hook-line-and-sinker without discernment and intelligence are still expressing the old energy pattern, and thus are still open to manipulation from the very same forces they apparently seek to move away from.

would exercise caution. Sounds to me like yet another 'fire the grid' story. Any energy focused toward this goal will more than likely be redirected for much more sinister uses? The sheer notion that the 'star visitors' would need our help by telekinetically redirecting an object fired at their base is a bit far fetched.

Eyewitness accounts from rocket scientists tell us that they can knock our rockets out of the sky, in our atmosphere, with beam weapons fired from their craft. Defending one of their own bases against an incoming projectile will more than likely not be too much of a problem for them? In fact it probably happens on autopilot and no-one even notices. Too busy chilling out and enjoying the view of earth.

I would urge people to evaluate the validity of this story based on their technology compared to ours.
