A devotee doing service within 1 year can give it all it takes ..changes for improvements yes within 1 year and then another devotee shoul be trained to take over and within 1year another devotee should take over and this cycle should be kept ongoing.
Every time a devotee takes over within a year will bring in whatever improvements for the best then sit on it so must be moved after 1 year and another devotee should take over ..cycle ongoing ...in this way everytime a new devotee takes over they will bring in new ideas and new improvements then next new devotee to take over while the older devotee must be moved to another temple ...cycle ongoing
Devotees staying more then a year will not bring in any new improvements nor give chance to a new devotee to bring in new ideas and improvements plus any devotee in any place of worship begins to think it's their home and begins to think they owen the place plus form regular friendships like an inner circle and not be very kind and compassionate to others ...hence more the reasons devotees must be moved after 1 year to another place of worship and this system ongoing
