New thing happened??

This experience is new for me. It was such an overwhelming feeling and very cool. I was in a yoga class yesterday. I felt an overwhelming flying sensation as if a bird, as if I could literally take flight as well. It felt as if birds where coming out of me and flying away. Any ideas??

I recognize the feeling my friend. I use to have it when I am going to sleep some times, especially if I can't sleep and just lay there and rest. It is like the spirits want to show you something so next time it happens go along for the ride and see what happens.
