My soul did not complety come back from my dream for a while anyone know WHY??

I woke yesterday from a vivid but like normal dream that makes no sense and got out of bed and was very dizzy and did not feel like i was anchored here on earth it i stumbled along drove my car to the train station etc went to work and was not til around lunch time that i felt semi grounded here .

Any ideas anyone??
