Over the course of the past 7 months, I hit what I can only call a 'spiritual emergency', It was very hard to get out of, and sometimes it still feels like a decline where I have to come out of myself, and to identify the old paradigm, but.. in an attempt to REMEMBER who I am, I seem to have overridden some part of my brain where remembering is now just a function of memory, and that memory strikes almost instantaneously, without warning, it could remind me of ANYTHING, and it takes a peace and balance and an undisturbed environment to come to a place of non-random memory triggers. It's a near spontaneous flash of memory! Is it a reminder to get rid of negative energy? perhaps an indication from my higher self to clear out negative energy?Ā

it can be natural to lose memory, if its an ascension symptom....
its not a *funny* problem at all; i can understand why you would be naturally worried...
whenever you feel spaced out, take a walk in clean air and breathe deeply; that will assist you in transition mode ;)
