My Astral Projection tale.

This is my first discussion about astral projection. Last night I was mostly in my sleep state...most of the time I feel as though I am acting like in a Hollywood movie except I am the one who's directing and acting at the same time. In my home, that is always the case. This changed when I was spending the night with my family at my brother's residence. I finally did it and I wish I can have more of it. I left my body and I dared myself not to look at my vehicle. My thoughts were focused on walking. Then I started walking through walls like a ghost but it was during the mid morning hours that I did this. I can see the stars up in the sky with the sun as the brightest with the blue daytime sky. I finally recalled myself to my body and boy did I had a headache that lasted half of the day. Any suggestions that may improve on my training?

    Try Moldavite and Benitoite as crystal mediums while you meditate. Both are not cheap, but you will see a big difference in your astral projection ability. Just don't carry them around while you are driving. I almost got in an automobile wreck once with them on me. You will notice a "spacey" effect while you are awake and while you are asleep with them nearby.

      Truthfully I don't drive but sorry to hear about your experience with automobiles with the crystals on you at that time. When I meditate with the crystals, as mentioned, do I put one of the crystals in each hand? My apologies I haven't meditated in awhile. Also my other question is will it help if I have the two crystals and petrified wood, that I inherited from my parents?
