out broken glass, old nails, and other old scraps of
"trash" ... from a large pile of old soil. So as I breathed I focused on sending healing energy to the planet... and at the same time, while cleaning out the soil I envisioned cleaning "trash" from the whole Earth... and as I pulled out each piece of broken glass I envisioned each piece being harsh, violent, or troubling thoughts in peoples' minds across the planet... So sending healing energy, cleansing the Earth, and peoples'
minds, all at the same time.
So this multiplying the moment method can be
