"trash" ... from a large pile of old soil. So as I breathed I focused on sending healing energy to the planet... and at the same time, while cleaning out the soil I envisioned cleaning "trash" from the whole Earth... and as I pulled out each piece of broken glass I envisioned each piece being harsh, violent, or troubling thoughts in peoples' minds across the planet...
