MORAL CODES OF ATLANTIS-?

From Exploring Atlantis by Frank Alper

A strict caste system, no marriage, mutant slaves, copulating with animals, children raised by group 'mothers', men got many lovers-women who cheated on their men were sent to labor with the mutants for a time

MORAL CODES OF ATLANTIS

Frank Alper channeling Atemose II the ruler of Atlantis during its
earliest days.

There were basically two standards of moral codes
that prevailed in Atlantis. One of these was quite rigid in
nature and the other quite expressive, loose, in nature.
The reason for this dual set of standards was to allow,
during the course of a series of incarnations, for the
various souls to express themselves in both manners. It
was a learning process for them, and necessary for
them to undergo.
Marriage, such as your civilization recognizes at this
time, was nonexistent. There were no formalized
courtrooms or judges or ministers to perform
ceremonies. Neither was there any certificates issued
upon the joining of two. The priest, in the Healing
Temple, normally officiated when requests were made
for this type of union. It involved a basic and simple
ceremony.
Unions, and I refer to them as unions rather than
marriages for they were made at a different level, were
very often not a “contract” that one entered into for the
course of a lifetime. There were many couples who
remained together for the course of their lives, and yet
almost seventy-five percent experienced energies with
each other, absorbed, and learned from each other, and
then established relationships with others. Unions were
capable of being dissolved totally by mutual consent. It
did not involve any type of legal action or ceremony of
dissolution.
Among the lower caste, the moral laws were rather
loose. Those individuals were, in their lifetimes,
beginning to learn a sense of values and propriety. It
was necessary for them to experience many individuals.
They had to learn to set their own set of values in
relation to one another.
Part of this caste system has been referred to in the
past, as mutants. Ashamedly, I must say that quite
often these mutants were treated no better than
animals or slaves would have been treated. This was
the purpose for their creation and was related to their
functions.
For me to say to you that there was no crime,
therefore was no punishment, would not be totally
accurate. There was crime. There was punishment.
When a union between two was established, there
was an unwritten bond of fidelity established. It
basically pertained to the women. If a woman violated
this law, she was sent to work in the fields as a laborer
standard existing at that time. There was no process
such as you call abortion. All who conceived bore
children for, as has been related to you before, the
children were reared in a general community by females
who served as “mothers.” So if a young maiden found
herself with child it did not ruin her adult life, as the
rearing of the child was not her responsibility.
One of the great problems that existed in the moral
codes of Atlantis was that of human relationships with
animals. This was primarily undertaken as a form of
experimentation and, quite literally, opened “Pandora’s
Box.” It resulted in many forms of mutants, which at
times threatened to become severe problems for the
civilization. In the end, it was stopped, and the mutants
resulting from these unions were destroyed.
As you are all familiar, in later history on the
surface of the planet, this practice was revived. Greek
mythology speaks of these forms of mutants. Let me
assure you that they were not mythological. They were
realities.
