I recived reports from 3 countries in the northen hemisphere that they haven't seen the moon for around a week.
Someone with some knowledge in astronomy can enlight us? Can the moon rise in the morning?

It's called the New Moon, it happens once every 30 days ~
Solarkid I forgot to mention, that - YES during the last quarter, the Moon is rising in the late morning hours, ( like 2-3 hours after the midnight ).
Please, Check out to see, if this IS what you've been told.
