If you birthed here as a human, as you did, -- the spirit that came into that birth, Is hole, complete, nothing else required just needed a bios sphere -body- to walk around in 3D - and programming (soft ware) brain to control it. Spirit is in and of its self of no need of this body or brain. Its self contained and it’s the awareness that watches over the body in its pure complete silent neutrality.
Spirit came here with out assistance. The Dam Controller’s have gave your brain faulty programming and wrote the software to keep you from realizing that spirit is ascension --- in and out.
And some how spirit has fallen into a trap of the body and my thinking --- is actually Me. the one and only lie we must deal with.
When spirit never needed me in the first place. I am as spirit above all this bull shit. --- In it but not of it. ---
Threw fear and programming they have got you to believe your life is ---You.--- and your brain looks the other way -- to out here were spirit is not.
So who’s awake now, the mind and body???? If so your still snoring your ass off. The only thing in this 3D world that’s awake is the spirit you came in with, and will there for leave with,------
New age thinking that the body and mind you’ve come to know and love -- will not go into a 5D and above existence. Even in ancient Egypt mummification and chambers of light were used and believed to assist in ascension even back then, didn’t work and there still pushing this shit today, you see it everywhere on the net now.
Trap the mind and body and you’ve trapped the spirit with in it. Age old trickery by the controllers of this world have been at it long before you returned time and again as a trapped soul, are you going to do it again. ----------------------------------------------------
Or ascend in spirit this time and return to 12D or higher where you originally came from. Stay away from attaching body and mind to spirit.
Self empowerment is detaching spirit from the mind and body Ancient trap thats been around forever and is still strong today. And they've been working out the bugs for a long time. 90 percant of the planet is falling for it.

I totally see where you are coming from on this. So when we leave the body we should CHOSE not to come back to a body again if there is any choice. When I had my NDEs I wanted desparately to remain disembodied, but I got kicked out of "paradise" and was ordered to return and literally chucked back into my body against my wishes...I could never figure out how that was fair. I still can't comprehend why I was forced to come back...was it really my will to do so, because it sure felt like it was not, it felt like a dirty rotten trick. It happened to me THREE times...kinda makes me mad. I do now have a DNR though, so maybe 4 is my lucky number. I wish I understood things much better, gosh knows I try.
Hi, Marique, I’ve pondered what you’ve just said, and believe it must go even much deeper than I originally thought. Brain, thought, and body, -- the bios sphere, for spirit to experience this 3D level.
Spirit is also referred to as the ‘watcher” or “silent One”, “higher self”, as we run around down here in the valley, higher self looking down from the mountain top seeing in all directions into all things, must have something we simply don’t see ahead of us that may need our presents still to come. Or want to witness something that has not taken place as yet. Silent watcher, or higher self needs not tell us what’s going on down here, and yes seems very unfair.
And this is were we get our selves into trouble, filling the silence with wrong answer’s when there was never really never meant to be an answer in the first place.
Questions and answer’s originally started at the forbidden tree of knowledge -- may be -- may be not? In nature life is pretty much neutral no need to analyze everything to death and pretty much lives’ moment to moment,-- cause and reaction neutral till a need arises.
Humans come along and need a answer to everything under the sun. We love information instead of loving one another.
Did spirit come into a body to witness 3d or did 3d come into existence to witness spirit? Or both to witness both with out analyzing earthier one to death. Simply the answer to life is LIFE. Neutral just being, life -- with out end --witnessing each other in all the endless forms of life on this level simply because we exist.
When spirit is done witnessing this time as human we move on to what spirit moves into next? No reason just witnessing life in 3d, 4d, all the way up the chain. Why spirit decided to visit the basement I cant tell you and unless higher self tells us, I would not listen to any man or woman on that question. Higher self wants us to know we --- will know and don’t think we in words could explain it anyway.
But boy are they lining up to try, LOL it’s the controller’s that try to lead us into slavery for self gain that have totally messed this reality up for a lot of souls.
I like to think of it in that the Sun shines on all thing’s unconditionally totally Neutral to where or what its shining on. Duality is the opposite of Neutrality, why must we as humans need to cut everything in half? The Sun doesn’t seem to do this, so looking on Drekx as an example if we do this looking on him as the Sun would, no matter what he dose I shine on him as Neutral take no side just shine, I no longer have two heads, and shine as the light of the Sun on all things. As Neutral and at peace with self, creation, and a witness to this expression of life and level. Silently watching all that is. Bringing the inner out, instead of trying to bring what’s out here in.
So if spirit is ALL THINGS -- then there is no need to ask of anything, but to shine from with in onto all things as OK like the endless Sun shine. “the pain we feel is the love we with hold” or “the pain we feel is the Sunshine we hold in.” Much shining John xoxo
