hahahaha people crack me up that is exactly what we were talking about I buy tickets and then when I dream Im gonna win I stop buying tickets I just like the energy I create by day dreaming!
I self sabotage because I'm kinda afraid I will change in a bad way if I do win but the thought is very nice!

There is a reason for the jackpot to be so high. The person who ends up winning it has a divine purpose with the money. Because of the imminent siezures/arrests going on, they will need to have their fortune collected so that when the Replacement Currency comes they will have the money to exchange.
Whether they take the money as a lump sum or as an annuity I don't think it matters. Under the new financial system I think they will be able to convert the annuity into a single payment settlement (with a penalty though).
This is why the jackpot is so huge. The divine has an intended winner, and they will get it.
As for the rest of us, lets be thankful that we have charitably contributed to this person's abundant wellbeing - and also made sure the american school system runs for a little while longer (since that's where most of the lottery ticket money goes when you buy one)

The way I look at things I live in a place where 5 million acres are indian reservation and a majority of the people are illegal immigrants working in the grapes, apples, pears, cherries ect.
They have a few casinos but the okanogan Indians are only recieving free medical their teeth have to be falling out and be surgically removed before they can get proper dental work!
The tribe only has a fish hatchery to feed the money pool for their people the casino is owned by the white man or rather the jewish man who robs this tribe blind they are not like the cherokee indians they are very poor and destitute.
They recently won a lawsuit against the government and then the fund was robbed by the powers that be right after imagine that!
This area is in need of a few staples in their community that can help from the inside it is very sad many many people with very little help without help they cannot hope without hope they are sloths and drunks with no futures!

3 Winning Tickets Drawn in $640 Million Lottery

The rush to buy tickets for what U.S. officials say is the world's largest lottery jackpot is about to pay off.
Mega Millions lottery officials say winning tickets for the record $640 million jackpot were sold in three states - Maryland, Kansas and Illinois.
Each winning ticket has an estimated value of about $213 million before taxes. There is no information yet about who bought the winning tickets, or how many people will get a share of the payoff.
The dream of winning more than one-half billion dollars drew crowds of people in many parts of the country. The Mega Millions lottery operates in 42 of the 50 U.S. states, in the nation's capital and in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The odds of matching all the lottery numbers were 1 in 176 million, but Mega Millions lead director Gary Grief says that did not deter would-be millionaires from giving it a go.
"Last night [Friday], between the hours of, oh, 5 to 10 o'clock around the country, we were selling Mega Millions tickets at the rate of about a million dollars a minute. Never before have we seen that kind of frenzy," he said.
The record-setting jackpot grew to the largest in world history after no one matched the winning numbers in January, and 18 drawings later, there still was no winner.
Most of those buying lottery tickets this week knew their chances of winning were slim, but said it was worth a shot.
Andy Morgenstern was one of them.
"It's the idea of a dream. I think it's just another way of living the American dream, to have a lottery available here like this is pretty amazing. And everybody thinks that, 'One day if I win the lottery, what will I do with it?' So I think it's fun," he said.
