Meditation questions! So many~~~~~~

1. Does Health have a relation with Ascension?Is it helpful for us to do some physical expulsion of body toxin to prepare for Ascension ?Will sorrow…great sorrow hinder Ascension at the End time?2. Is it necessary for us to reach a meditation state that we can speak to higher beings , or be able to see sth……??What ‘s an enough good state for Ascension? Be happy,peace,love? Be able to meditate in a deep level, such as can be Oneness with other meditating people? Eat littler and feel body lighter because of meditation?3. If one is only a very kind person, very warm hearted, but never know ...(such as what command crew say), will he/she ascend?If one is only a good meditation practicer (can see sth in mind while meditating), but never know ...(such as what command crew say),will he/she ascend?Since people are in different meditation levels , what’s the pass line of Ascension?4.May I know what’s the proportion of the whole population estimated by ashtar command crew to ascend? It will be low, middle, or high?Thanks very much !!Love Peace&Light
