For this meditation, we are asking YOU to send intentions and expansions of Love to ***3*** AREAS that are in need of attention at this time: the Mass Consciousness grid, the Sun, and the core of Mother Earth. Connect to the Earth, center, and ground yourself before beginning. 1. For the first five minutes you are asked to send the energy of Love to the MASS CONSCIOUSNESS GRID of your planet.
