    KRISHNA: it's not just junk food.   It's the Harvard MBA model drilled into everyone's head whereby making the most money (and on a consistent basis, year after year) is mandated or you lose the nice desk job allowing you to wear the nice suit.  In addition to "beating last years numbers," you must learn to bend the rules (as this is also mandated) and completely exclude quality as part of this process, as quality costs money.  This is why food at McDonalds is cheaper than the food you buy at a market: it's low quality.

    This may be one of the main reasons why corporations (like Monsanto) donate millions to politicians via their election campaigns: they'll ask for favors concerning who will sit on the Food And Drug Administration (usually someone from Monsanto) who will approve the crap they put in their products.  It's an old organized crime tactic that "keeps one in the green," until an irate public says "enough is enough" (and get labeled as conspiracy theorists (or mentally ill) by the mainstream media and by the underaged-prostitute-addicted (s)elected politicians in Washington D.C)

    These are also the same D.C. politicians who welcome this criminal corporate money (in addition to the bonus vacations with the underage prostitutes and nose candy) , as these corporate sponsors (like Monsanto) allows them to live this Caligula-like lifestyle in Washington D.C.
