I have recently started trying to learn to lucid dream. I feel like it will help me better analyze reality and my dreams to find deeper meaning behind it.
I have started recording all of my dreams in my dream journal and have been trying to get some pointers on how to get the best results.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks to train my mind to recognize the dream from reality while sleeping?
