  Hi!  First of all... Welcome!  I don't know if you have found this but this is so highly informative... http://www.ashtarcommandcrew.net/page/galactic-federation-fleets and it tells you a little of what is going on now with the fleets.  No they are not nuts and bolts metal crap like on earth but the ships themselves are a type of sentinent being... like human people have dogs, the space ships themselves contain a fragment of the pilots and crews.  That is why when they are mistakenly put in human hands they cannot "make them work" because they are not imprinted to work for just anyone.  At least that is my understanding after reading hundreds of articles about such things.  The materials they are made of are not known to man... otherwise we would know how to big flying machines that are miles long and miles wide like some mother ships.  They can cloak themselves and there are "cloud ships" and they cloak themselves so our stupid military will not see them and uselessly try to shoot them down.  This secret government in America needs to be dissolved.  As far as getting on board you might already be working on the etheric level on board these ships.  I was oblivious to that until the earthquake struck in Haiti and for the first two weeks I knew I had been there, I was sore as in I really hurt in every muscle, and I would watch the news photos of Haiti and I knew I had been there... I had conscious memories that were of the most extreme poverty that was pretty unimaginable and I recognized roads and neighborhoods.  For your reference the only place I have ever been is Tijuana more than 45 years ago and Texas once in the mid 70's.  I learned from a friend who had "contact" that I work aboard a craft named the "Condor" in the etheric and had been on board for a mission to Haiti to help clear the harbor of debris so the US aid ships could get in.  You are NOT going to physically get an invite aboard the ships to "buddy up" to what consists mostly of ninth dimension light beings until DISCLOSURE is made to all and then they are most likely going to be very busy introducing great technology to the world.  You would not fare well on board nor would your presence be anything but a hindrance to these loving beings.  You can at night ask permission to come on board in the etheric level and they may or may not grant you permission to board.  You must remember that you always must ask.  I routinely ask the Arcuturans for permission to board for healing.  I do not know about bioplasma beings, but anything is possible.  I believe they are light beings who can manifest as human beings if they please.  I hope this answers some or most of your questions.  A whole lot has got to change on this earth and within the human mind before.  For more questions you probably need to go to pao.com and maybe Sheldan Nidle has the answers there!
