I have been feeling quite down and out lately, but I've been trying to keep my spirits up. Any pointers?Actually, a lot of weird things have been happening to me lately. If it isn't me dreaming things that in some way come true, it's just me having a lot of Deja Vu.I remember readins somewhere (it might have been here), that the activation of the crown chakra is also followed by a persistent itching sensation on the head. Could it be that with these feelings of Deja Vu and whatnot, that my crown is opening up?I have this method of trying to mentally cleanse myself before I sleep; I just imagine that I'm lying under a waterfall (I sleep on my stomach), my head opens up, and all of the stress and drama accumulated during the day just melts itself away. It seems to have been doing good, and I guess that's been causing my lucidity when I sleep, lately.
