  And I love the rock you were sitting on there, seems like a great place to meditiate!  
  
  I do feel that we are headed for amazing spiritual shifts, and it's good to take some time, and meditate to send good/healing energy into the people on this planet, the planet itself, to our space family, and to our own spirits.
  
  We are in the midst of some amazing transformations, we have the power to change ourselves and this world into a phenomenal place.
