Its been a while,and i want this again.

Hello Forum.Nearly a year ago,i was a regular user of the forums.I was up to date with all the info moving about,i knew everything about it that there ever was.But as time went on,i lost interest and time for ashtar,music and art became a huge part of my life (And it still is) and school...oh school,how i hate you.But as time went on,sadness grew,i missed the people i met here and missed the experiances i got out of it.
Around January,when my grandfather passed,i started getting signs...11:11,10:10,15:15 etc. And now i see them on a daily basis.I know it has a connection to Ashtar,but i've forgotten what it is.I've forgotten everything i learned,only a few fragments remain sutch as Vrillon and the asscention.
And now,as i've returned back here to my family,i require aid from you,dear community.
Tell me,how are things with Ashtar?Would you please teach me how to meditate again?Will you take me back with open arms?
I want this,but i know nothing.Please,Guide me.
