Light Workers should cook their own food and make their own drinks.
No restaurants and no cafes for light workers as all have at heart the motive of making money regardless of your health and well-being. There are very very few restaurants that really care about you as for most money comes first. In cafes there are really very few healthy drinks and mostly overpriced.
Cook your own food and the best lightworkers are vegans as they respect all living entities and respect Mother Earth. Using organic ingredients is best.
Even going to vegan restaurants is not that good as still it’s a business first and I have seen them store food can be overnight or longer.
The point is BE VEGAN BE SAFE
WHEN YOU COOK YOUR OWN YOU PUT POSITIVE ENERGY AND VIBES IN YOUR FOOD AND ALSO WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR OWN DRINKS.
AS A LIGHT WORKER YOU NEED TO SET A GOOD EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS TO FOLLOW.
When you eat in restaurants you in for a percentage of unhealthy, unhygienic and not that tasty.
When you cook your own it’s healthy, hygienic and tasty as you choose your own ingredients.
I am VEDIC VEGAN meaning I am Vegan but also do not eat onions, garlic, mushrooms and chillies....basically I avoid all foods that are classed in the mode of passion and ignorance according to Ayurveda. I use mainly organic ingredients. My diet is Plant Based.
The world is awakening as more people are becoming vegans and being vegan is not a choice but the rightful way to live on Planet Earth...in other words they will need to SHAPE UP OR SHIP OUT
Vegans understand karma so do no harm to other living entities and to Mother Earth.
Some are Awakening and changing and some will in the near future but those who do not change will find it very hard to live on Planet Earth and then it will be their extinction.
There will come a time when only vegans and beyond will walk on Planet Earth and Golden Age will be in full swing on Planet Earth
