  All,

  I want to caution everyone that's interested in the MJ-12 documents to maintain a healthy dose of skepticism when reading them. I've been researching the UFO phenomenon for quite some time now and what every good researcher knows is what Mulder and Scully preached on "The X-Files":  Trust No One.

   

  Stanton Friedman is a major player in the UFO field and has impressive credentials. I tended to believe anything he said about his research and didn't double check his claims. Big mistake.

   

  I recently came across a document that clearly states that "Majestic 12" is not the correct name of the government group that's profiled on the website. The correct name of the group is "Majority 12".

   

  According to this source, Friedman, with two other men, created the "Majestic 12" document that is the center piece of the website. In other words, it's a fraud.

   

  So be careful. I'm still looking into this issue and if I find anything else, I'll post.

   

  Click on the link for the source document. Most members on Ashtar  Command will find this extremely interesting reading, particularly because of who wrote the document. Go to pages 47-50 to read about "Majority 12".
