Is This A Theme Unfolding For You As Well ?

Hey there!
I've noticed a theme that is unfolding for me right now, and I sense it may be resonant for you as well.
Here's what it is:
How you respond to change and challenge now has the opportunity to be updated if you allow it.
We're human beings ...
Which means there are always going to be challenges and changes we're faced with.
No way around this.
And we've all learned (for better or for worse) ways of dealing with change and challenge in our lives.
So now, when you're presented with some change or challenge in your reality, you may get triggered to automatically respond to it an old, "low vibe", or outdated way...
(ie. with doubt, fear, judgment, unhealthy habits, or stress patterns that are somehow related to past trauma, programs or wounding).
But with presence and awareness, you have the choice!
Do you repeat the old pattern on autopilot, giving in to fear and uncertainty?
Or do you notice old patterning beginning to play out, observe it, and pause the spiral of mind and fear, so you can consciously release underlying emotional wounding and choose respond in a new empowered way...
I recommend the second option.
But of course, this is not often easy to do.
So when you do slip up ...
Shift!
Breathe, step back and observe your situation from a higher level of your consciousness.
You are a human being, but you are also fully Divine!
Choose to break free from the past patterns that weigh you down and keep you locked into lower states so you can respond in an empowering new way in the present...
You deserve the best of what life has to offer.
And exactly as your life is right now, there is so much to be grateful for.
Lean into these things!
Remember that the Universe is conspiring with you to align the most benevolent outcomes for you on Divine Timing, and you get to vote for what you want with your energetic signature.
When you stay in alignment with love and joy, you truly support the highest possibilities for your life.
So when a challenge arises: Pay attention to your default response.
Is it love or fear-based?

We're all in this together and one moment at a time we can make a huge difference by consciously holding the field of love, light, and peace around the planet.
