... or have the last few weeks been really intense?
I am still reeling from a series of intense things going on in my work and personal life. It's been like a series of emotional/spiritual earthquakes and I am feeling quite spacey and disconnected.
I know that what we are experiecing in 3D is an illusion, but lately I have really been FEELING that.
Life has been feeling like a crazy dream.
It seems wierd how all this stuff seems to have happened in the last 3-4 weeks.
Anyone else experiencing this?

In summary, the background, experiences, upbringing, location and influences are said to create the individual – all are the sum total of our experiences which makes us who we are today. And yet we needn’t be. All of us are the sum total of our choices. Experience is the result of our choices. Regardless of who you are, what you do, where you came from and at any time – you can choose WHO you want to be. It is simple and yet it is one of our hardest lessons. Choose not to feel negativity – you will be rewarded. And NOW is the time.
OK – to explain the above. Cells vibrate at a certain frequency within the physical body, negative energies slow down the frequency, positive energies speed up the frequency. The higher the frequency, the faster the movement of matter – the highest is light. Think of matter as ‘hard light’ – light slowed down to such an extent that it appears not to be moving.
Positive thought processes have a positive effect on a physical carbon body by raising the cell vibratory rate. Without restriction, in time this starts to resonate or tune into the energy pulse of your local environment. If the collective thought processes in a particular area are negative then the environment will take on the same negative frequency. Humans create their environment by their own thought processes.
Lady Gaia / Mother Earth can no longer withstand the quantity of negative thoughts lowering the planetary vibrations so has asked for help. All who ask for help receive help. All higher frequencies (dimensional beings) must follow a Universal Law to assist lower frequencies to ascend if they choose to do so. One single planet or one single person – it is no different in that respect. One is not loved more than another but assistance is relative to the requirements of those asking for help.
All those who have chosen to be incarnate and awakened at this time will feel the effects of this and may choose to avoid contact with others, loose motivation and drive, will feel lethargic, spaced out, dreamlike and uncaring and seek solitude particularly in nature or familiar surroundings – the complete opposite of what all Lightworkers and Wayshowers strive to be. However, do not feel guilty at this time. There are things happening in the background. The physical body is changing to become more in tune with the higher vibratory frequencies that Mother Earth is being given. The cells are crystallizing at a rapid rate – some may experience popping sounds around their inner ear and experience flu like symptoms, hot and cold feelings. The crystallizing is a necessary requirement to enable the physical body to expand its rate of cell vibrations, absorb and store higher forms of energy and increase the range of sensory frequencies beyond current levels. This also takes effect on many levels beyond the physical into etheric, emotional and mental bodies and beyond. All are steps in the Ascension process.
The one thing to do at the moment is to stay as positive as you can, DO NOT feel negative as though nothing is happening – this too shall pass – and above all, call on a source of Love from within you and channel that Love through your heart and to all those around you and especially – ESPECIALLY to Mother Earth. She is YOUR Mother – make a difference from your own room and send her your LOVE. She is YOUR Focus at this time. The Love you channel through you will in turn raise your frequency to match hers – see where this is going….
