Last couple days....

Last couple weeks - i have not been able to sleep that well. Last night I was doing a training exercise there was some people somewhat invisible and in the front of them was a person seated in the lotus position in front of them was a bunch of false beliefs and I was blasting those false beliefs or something. Then my mind was clear. Thoughts would go through my head and then I would Say false and blast them......I was doing that with people to...Then people started going through my head faces of some sort as I was being visited and this one guy I was trying to heal. I had kinda a rough night my partner said I was yelling Daniel? I am thinking that it is because of the tornado?Then today when I came home and I started hearing some negative voices. I kinda freaked out and went to my friends work. I was waiting for my sufi therapist and we did some work together. She brought me back to center. She prayed and I calmed down and called some angels. While I was waiting there where some negative entities or people that came up to me they where not very nicE. The energy is super fine and yesterday morning I felt as if there was a lot of action.Anyone else?Maybe it is because I Have been having trouble sleeping?

    Great idea Feather Winger on spinning. I sat on my bed and tried to move the energy around me, and also tried to do some low rumbling noise. I will try the spinning....<3

    thank you cat came back. I feel some angels around me....I think I got a clairsentient boost.....As of late.

    Thank you so much the cat came back....will get one today. Lots of negative stuff flying around right now.....:) I think that is when you start to recite even though the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil.....

    I've had alot of trouble sleeping the past few days.  I think its to do with the Earth vibrational changes and how they effect us in various ways, especially if you are sensitive energetically. This is a positive thing. You are facing the stuff that no longer serves you.
