I have lucid dreams, what can I harvest from them?

I always have dreams and I remember very well about them. I can have dream in which I know that I'm dreaming, it is a little bit hard and make me tired but I can do it. Sometimes I don't sleep very well because I can't relax fully because dreams don't let your mind to do it. So if I can't sleep fully relaxed. I want to turn it positive for me. I want to see the future or something in my dreams or making connection with angels or with somebody positive. If you can help me how to do this let me know. Thanks. A lot of people very rarely remember for their dreams so I'm blessed positively or negatively?
