I wanted to share this with everyone because I am super excited to be doing this yoga trade. This Monday I am going to be doing a work trade for corepower yoga for unlimited yoga classes. The class schedual is awesome, and they offer the heated yoga which I love. It is not Bikram, but still I NEED the YOGA!! This is going to be just what I need to move and transmute this energy right OUT of my system and to help me in EVERY way!! I AM VERY excited about this and I believe this is going to just the MEDICINE I need during this time in my life.....

I so need to do Yoga too, heated Yoga sounds wonderful, I'll definitely check it out. I think these things help greatly with our mental state of mind, and helps raise our vibration in many ways. <3 :-)
